Programs

All of our programs focus on maximizing each athlete’s skills and ability. Our programs are designed to promote greater movement patterns, enhance strength and flexibility while maximizing specific skills to become a complete baseball player.

In addition to our standard memberships, we also offer Arm Care, Velo Training, private instruction, and Lane Reservations.

Remote Pitching Instruction

Remote programs are for all baseball players who want to enhance their mechanics, throwing patterns, velocity and accuracy.

The remote programs will give the players an activation routine, throwing program based on time of season and collaborative instructional sessions to help with drills and corrective measures.

Sessions will be done via online software for collaborative instruction. Online meetings can occur via zoom, face time or our own instructional software.

Remote Training Basic

1 weekly video exchange with an instructor
Includes reviewing bullpens/tossing or throwing program or in-Game video analysis with the player.

2 text or email sessions per week
Athletes will discuss throwing programs, progress, and any follow-up instruction.

Remote Training VIP

2 weekly video exchange with an instructor

Pitching

We offer both individual and group pitching programs with our elite staff. During lessons players will receive instruction on biomechanics and throwing pattern efficiency with a focus on improving velocity, command, and pitch design with a focus on mechanics to protect the player's arm. Our program helps reduce risk of injury and increases throwing performance.

Hitting

Our group hitting lessons meet up to 3x per week. Players will recieve specific instruction to improve their batting performance. We leverage our advanced tech to analyze a player's biomechanics. Players will learn to generate more power, at bat IQ, pitch recognition, and improving contact. We create confident and effective batters.

Strength & Conditioning

Building a better baseball body through strength, mobility and flexibility training. We teach proper lifting technique, functional strength and baseball specific lifting programs to help athletes reach their full potential. Emphasis is placed on age, ability and skill level of each athlete. We also offer speed and agility training.

Catching

OBSA offers an outstanding program designed just for Catchers who want to improve their "pop" time, recieving, and blocking skills. We leverage our biomechanics analysis and coaching experience to help catchers take their game to the next level.

Monthly remote and in-person training sessions do not rollover into following months.
